The Joint-stock company “Scientific and Production Enterprise “Radiy” represented by General Director Mahomet Konov and Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after H. M. Berbekov represented by acting Rector Yuri Altudov have signed a cooperation agreement on research activities in several areas.
KBSU is a leading classical university in Russia and as an integrated, innovative university complex it has a task to solve problems of federal and regional significance in education, science, culture, informatization and education field.
The research activity of the university is aimed at the development of natural, technical, socio-humanitarian and economic sciences, taking into account the priority solution of technological, social and environmental problems of the region on the basis of cooperation with academic structures under regional, sectoral, federal and international programs. KBSU has a number of scientific centers, including the Hydrogen Technologies Center, the Medical and Biological Center and a botanical garden.
The parties intend to establish and develop cooperation based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit, mutual understanding, respect and trust. Within the framework of the cooperation agreement between KBSU and the JSC “SPE “Radiy” productive collaboration is envisaged in such areas as hydrogen technologies, ecological agricultural technologies. It is also planned to develop new antiseptic medicines, biocompatible materials and implants based on them for reconstructive and plastic surgery in the field of medicine.
